Firearm, Ammo, and Magazine Shipments

Firearms are only shipped to Federal Firearm Licensees (FFLs) with a current and valid license. A copy of our FFL for dealers is available upon request by Contacting Us. Per ATF guidance, we do not provide a copy of our FFL to individuals, but our license can be validated by clicking here.

Prior to placing an order, you will need to make sure of two things:

1. The item you are purchasing is legal in your jurisdiction and you are legally allowed to own said item. We will not ship an item to you that violates federal, state, or local laws. This includes magazines and ammunition. If you would like a comprehensive list of what is and isn't legal in your area, Palmetto State Armory has a comprehensive list that you can review. If you are still unsure if what you are purchasing is legal, you can Contact Us. You can contact your FFL for questions regarding background checks and if you are personally allowed to own the item.
2. Locate an FFL that will accept your shipment. There are a variety of ways to locate a nearby FFL from using Google Maps, to GunBroker's Find an FFL page. If you have not used the chosen FFL before, be sure to contact them or visit their website to view their inbound transfer policy. We do not cover the cost of your FFL's transfer fee.

Some important items to note:

• You must be at least 21 years of age for any NFA item or firearm that is not a rifle or shotgun. Most jurisdictions (but not all) allow rifle or shotgun purchases if you are at least 18 years of age.
• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition and at least 18 years of age to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition. You must also be legally allowed to own ammunition according to federal, state, and local laws. All ammunition orders are sent with adult signature required.
• If the firearm is legal in your area, but the magazines are not, your firearm will be shipped without the magazines. There are no replacements or partial refunds.
• Purchases of ammunition will be shipped ORM-D ground service with signature required at delivery. No shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
• If you are purchasing a long gun and are not located within the lower 48 states, your firearm will be shipped 2-day air service. Shipping costs will be significantly higher.
• Packages are not insured against loss or damage in transit. If you would like to add insurance, you will need to add it separately either at checkout or on the product listing. We are not liable for damage or loss of items in transit. If insurance was purchased, a claim can be filed with the carrier. For damage claims, you will need to work with your FFL to submit sufficient evidence of carrier damage. Note: Damage claims are very often denied by the carrier unless your FFL made a damage note at the time of delivery. We do our best to ensure the items are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage, but sometimes the carriers are extremely tough on handling.

No Sales of ANY items to Chicago or Washington D.C. No P.O. boxes allowed on ammunition shipments. 

Deluxe Arms reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.

NFA Firearm Shipments

All NFA rules apply to suppressors, SBSs, SBRs, AOWs, and destructive devices. In order to purchase these items, your chosen FFL will also need a current SOT to accept the shipment. You will then need to work with your FFL to complete the necessary paperwork to transfer these items.

Non-Residents and Non-U.S. Citizens

Sales of merchandise or digital items to non-residents or non-U.S. citizens are prohibited.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at checkout. Some items will ship free, other items may be subjected to additional handling fees. If you would like to pick up your item(s) and are a Texas resident, Contact Us to make an appointment to visit our office.

Shipping Times

We do our best to ship in-stock items out the same or following business day. There may be times when shipments are slightly delayed due to carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number once the item is ready to ship.

For digital items (such as online seminars/webinars), there is no shipping cost associated.

For custom items, please be aware there may be a very long delay before shipment. In such instances, the delay will be noted on the product listing page. 

Order Cancellation

Prior to shipment, Contact Us ASAP to cancel an order. Online Seminar/Webinars are only refundable if the session has been cancelled by us. 

Returns

All merchandise sales are final after shipment. All digital item sales are final after purchase.

The firearms on our website will be described to the best of our ability. If you have any questions about the firearm, or other product that you are purchasing, Contact Us. However, there are two exceptions to this:

1. Denial of Transfer. If you are denied the firearm transfer, you can either work with your FFL to see if they would like to purchase the item, or you can return it to us. If you decide to return it, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee, return shipping postage, as well as any transfer charges from your FFL.
2. Significantly not as described. In the extremely unlikely case that the item arrived completely different than what was shown on the website (e.g. the wrong firearm being sent), we will take care of the return/exchange. However, this does not apply to things such as a small scratch in the finish, a slight defect in the manufacturing of the firearm, or anything else that is to be expected from custom firearms or standard manufacturing practices. If there is a manufacturing defect, you will need to contact the manufacturer. For custom finishes that are failing, we can provide you with the contact information of the company that performed the work. 

Anyone attempting a chargeback with their credit card company will be pursued to the fullest extent allowed by law and will be blacklisted from the website. We will contest any and all unauthorized chargeback claims.
