*A note regarding the 24 Carat Gold Plating: The 24k gold plating is designed to be aesthetically pleasing and not a performance finish such as Cerakote or TiN. Although the rifle is still completely functional as-is, the plating is very soft and can scratch with normal handling. With normal range use, the heat generated on the barrel and muzzle device can cause the plating to darken. With extreme heat (>400°C), it is possible the plating can delaminate from the surface. We will guarantee the plating against any defects upon arrival. Although our gunsmiths take extra care during the assembly process to ensure a flawless finish, fine scratches may be present when viewed close-up.
