DSC Custom Springfield Armory 2011 DS Prodigy AOS with Trijicon RMR HRS

Obviously this is not your typical Springfield Prodigy 9mm pistol. For those who are familiar with the realm of custom 2011 gunsmiths know of DSC, also known as Dave's Custom Gunsmith. The pistols Dave puts out are one-of-a-kind masterpieces, working primarily on the 1911 and 2011 formats. 

For this project, we had him completely deck out a Springfield Prodigy DS 1911 4.25" however he wanted. The result is this amazing pistol with a unique Damascus pattern, slide cuts, grip stippling, and Dave's own DSC V8 Ported PVD-coated match barrel. Topping it off is a Trijicon RMR HRS hard anodized in a Coyote Brown finish. If you want the ultimate 2011 Prodigy pistol, it's going to be nearly impossible to beat this package. Also included is an Agency A13B optic plate for the Dragonfly/Viper/FastFire in case you want to swap out the RMR (but why would you do that?). 

As for the Prodigy pistol itself, Springfield took the proven 1911 platform and enhanced it with double-stack capacity and a performance-driven feature set. Reconfigured around a double-stack magazine, the Prodigy's polymer grip module mounts to its forged steel frame offering capacities of 17+1 and 20+1. Optics ready with an ambidextrous safety and picatinny rail the Prodigy combines the most beloved characteristics of the 1911 with modern capacity for unrivaled performance.
