*A note regarding the antique copper plated finish: The antique copper plated finish is designed to be aesthetically pleasing and not a performance finish such as Cerakote or TiN. It has a layer of clear coat that helps protect the finish but it will wear/flake off wherever there is friction against the parts, such as around the buffer tube and adjustable stock. Although the rifle is still completely functional as-is, the plating and clear coat are soft and should be handled carefully. With normal range use, the heat generated on the barrel and muzzle device can cause the plating to discolor. With extreme heat (>400°C), it is possible the plating can delaminate from the surface.
